Service Agreement

​

1. Services

The Photographer agrees to provide photography services as described above on the agreed date and location. The Photographer will deliver edited digital images to the Client within _ days after the session.

 

 

2. Payment

  • Total Fee: $__________

  • Deposit (non-refundable): $__________ due at booking.

  • Remaining Balance: $__________ due on (or before) session date. 

 

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • If the Client cancels, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • If the Client needs to reschedule, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate.

  • If the Photographer must cancel due to illness or emergency, all payments (including deposit) will be refunded, or the Client may choose a rescheduled date.

 

 

4. Copyright & Usage

  • The Photographer retains all copyrights to images.

  • The Client receives a personal use license, which allows printing and sharing of images for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • The Client may not edit, alter, or sell the images without written permission.

 

 

5. Model Release

The Client grants the Photographer permission to use images from the session for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes (website, social media, print, etc.), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

 

6. Liability

The Photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control, including weather, lateness, or restrictions at the venue. In the unlikely event of an injury during the session, equipment failure or data loss, the Photographer’s liability is strictly limited to refunding all payments received.
