Service Description
Capture your graduation memories with Kylo & Co. Photography's Senior Session Package, featuring portraits in two locations and unlimited outfits. Enjoy TWO mini sessions for the price of one full session - gallery of at LEAST 15 edited pictures from each mini session, for a total of a minimum of 30 edited pictures! Capture your milestone moments with affordable photography! Please read my service agreement prior to booking. 50% deposit due at time of booking to fully reserve time on schedule. Deposit is non-refundable to cover time reserved for session.
Service Agreement
The Photographer agrees to provide photography services as described above on the agreed date and location. The Photographer will deliver edited digital images to the Client within 7 days after the session. If the Client cancels, the deposit is non-refundable. If the Client needs to reschedule, the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate. If the Photographer must cancel due to illness or emergency, all payments (including deposit) will be refunded, or the Client may choose a rescheduled date. The Photographer retains all copyrights to images. The Client receives a personal use license, which allows printing and sharing of images for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Client may not edit, alter, or sell the images without written permission. The Client grants the Photographer permission to use images from the session for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes (website, social media, print, etc.), unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control, including weather, lateness, or restrictions at the venue. In the unlikely event of an injury during the session, equipment failure or data loss, the Photographer’s liability is strictly limited to refunding all payments received.
